- Event means Pizza Fest Dubai taking place on 6 and 7 November 2026 at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre, or on any rescheduled date or at any replacement venue officially announced by the Organiser.
- Organiser, we, us and our mean Be More Events, together with any authorised co-promoter identified on the official Event listing.
- Official Ticketing Provider means Platinumlist or another sales agent expressly authorised by the Organiser.
- Ticket means a valid paid or complimentary paper or electronic ticket, pass, accreditation or other entry credential issued through an authorised channel.
- Venue means Dubai Media City Amphitheatre or any replacement venue officially announced by the Organiser.
- Ticket Holder, you and your mean the person purchasing, holding or using a Ticket and, where applicable, the parent or legal guardian responsible for a minor attending the Event.
## 2. Acceptance of these Terms
By purchasing, receiving or using a Ticket, or entering the Event, you agree to these Terms, the rules of the Venue and any reasonable instructions issued by the Organiser, Venue management, security personnel or relevant authorities.
If you purchase Tickets on behalf of other people, you must bring these Terms to their attention and ensure that they understand the conditions that apply to attendance.
## 3. Tickets and authorised sales channels
3.1 Tickets are personal, revocable licences to enter the Event. They do not give the Ticket Holder any ownership right in the Event or Venue.
3.2 Tickets must be obtained through the Official Ticketing Provider or another sales channel expressly authorised by the Organiser. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sellers are purchased at your own risk and may be cancelled or refused.
3.3 You must check the Ticket details promptly after purchase and contact the point of purchase immediately if you believe there is an error.
3.4 Tickets may be presented electronically or in another format accepted by the Official Ticketing Provider. The Ticket barcode or QR code must be clearly visible and available for scanning.
3.5 Re-entry is permitted subject to clause 16. Tickets, wristbands or other credentials must not be shared. Screenshots, copies and duplicate Tickets may be rejected where the Ticket cannot be authenticated or is presented by a person who is not entitled to use it.
3.6 The Organiser and Official Ticketing Provider are not responsible for Tickets lost, deleted, stolen, damaged or disclosed to another person. Replacement or reissue is subject to the Official Ticketing Provider's procedures and identity-verification requirements.
3.7 A Ticket is invalid if it has been altered, forged, defaced, duplicated without permission or obtained fraudulently.
## 4. Prices, fees and payment
4.1 Ticket prices, mandatory charges and any applicable taxes or booking fees will be displayed before purchase.
4.2 Promotional and discount codes must be entered before payment. If an available discount code is not entered when the Ticket is purchased, no retrospective discount, exchange or refund will be permitted.
4.3 The resale of Tickets for commercial gain, the sale of complimentary Tickets and any other unauthorised Ticket distribution are prohibited. The Organiser may cancel a Ticket offered or obtained in breach of this clause without refund, subject to applicable law.
4.4 Tickets must not be used in advertising, competitions, promotions, hospitality packages or other commercial activity without the Organiser's prior written approval.
## 5. Event programme and changes
5.1 The Organiser will take reasonable steps to deliver the Event as advertised. However, food vendors, chefs, artists, performers, DJs, activities, attractions, schedules, opening times, layouts and other programme details may change without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
5.2 Unless the Ticket expressly states otherwise, a Ticket is for the Event as a whole and not for a particular vendor, chef, artist, performer, activity or attraction.
5.3 A change to a particular vendor, chef, artist, performer, timetable, activity or attraction will not by itself normally constitute a material change to the Event.
## 6. Cancellation, postponement and refunds
6.1 Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the Event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, or unless a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
6.2 A material change is a change which, in the Organiser's reasonable opinion, makes the Event materially different from what a reasonable Ticket purchaser could have expected when purchasing the Ticket. A change to any individual artist, performer, chef, vendor, attraction, activity or programme time will not by itself constitute a material change.
6.3 Where a promotional or discount code was available but was not entered when the Ticket was purchased, no refund, exchange or retrospective discount will be permitted on that basis.
6.4 If the Event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed and a refund is available, the Organiser or Platinumlist will announce the refund process, eligibility requirements and applicable time frame. Refunds must be requested from the original point of purchase and will normally be processed to the original payment method.
6.5 If the Event is postponed, Tickets will normally remain valid for the rescheduled date. Any available refund window will be communicated through the official Pizza Fest Dubai or Platinumlist channels.
6.6 Refunds, where due, are limited to the amount required by applicable law and the applicable refund policy. Booking, delivery or other fees will be treated in accordance with applicable law and Platinumlist's published terms.
6.7 Travel, accommodation, subsistence and all other personal arrangements connected with the Event are made at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Be More Events will not pay or compensate any personal expense or wasted expenditure arising from cancellation, postponement, relocation or a material change to the Event.
## 7. Events beyond our reasonable control
The Organiser will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic or public-health emergency, government action, civil disturbance, terrorism or threat of terrorism, fire, flood, transport disruption, utility failure, venue closure, labour dispute or the illness or unavailability of a key participant where no reasonable substitute is available.
If such circumstances cause cancellation, postponement or a material change, the applicable policy under clause 6 and any rights required by law will apply.
## 8. Admission and right to refuse entry
8.1 Admission is subject to presentation of a valid Ticket and compliance with these Terms.
8.2 The Organiser and Venue may refuse entry or remove a person where reasonably necessary for safety, security, licensing compliance or the enjoyment of others, including where that person:
- cannot present a valid Ticket or required identification;
- refuses a lawful or reasonable security search;
- possesses a prohibited item;
- is intoxicated or appears to be under the influence of illegal drugs;
- behaves in a threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate manner;
- damages property or interferes with Event operations; or
- fails to follow reasonable instructions from Event staff, Venue management, security personnel or relevant authorities.
8.3 Where refusal or removal results from the Ticket Holder's breach of these Terms, no refund will be given unless required by law.
## 9. Age restrictions and identification
9.1 Pizza Fest Dubai is an all-ages Event. Certain products, services, activities or areas may nevertheless be subject to age restrictions under applicable law, Venue requirements or the relevant operator's rules.
9.2 A parent, legal guardian or accompanying responsible adult remains responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of every minor in their care at all times.
9.3 Valid, original and current government-issued photographic identification may be required for entry, age-restricted activities or the purchase of age-restricted products. Photographs, scans and expired documents may be refused.
9.4 Acceptable identification may include an Emirates ID, passport, UAE driving licence or another original government-issued photographic identity document accepted by the Venue and applicable authorities.
## 10. Security checks
10.1 Ticket Holders and their belongings may be subject to reasonable security screening as a condition of entry and continued attendance. Screening may include bag checks, electronic screening and other procedures permitted by law.
10.2 Please allow sufficient time for security checks. Refusal to cooperate with a lawful or reasonable screening procedure may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event.
10.3 Security screening does not transfer responsibility for personal belongings to the Organiser or Venue.
## 11. Prohibited and restricted items
The following items are prohibited unless the Organiser gives prior written approval:
- weapons, imitation weapons, knives or items that could reasonably be used as weapons;
- illegal drugs, controlled substances, so-called legal highs and related paraphernalia;
- fireworks, flares, smoke devices, explosives, fuel, gas canisters and other flammable or hazardous materials;
- glass containers;
- lasers, drones, megaphones, unauthorised sound equipment and professional recording equipment;
- large flags, banners, poles or signs that may obstruct views or create a safety risk;
- animals other than recognised assistance animals;
- unauthorised advertising, promotional or trading materials;
- any item prohibited by the Venue or applicable authorities; and
- any other item reasonably considered dangerous, disruptive or inappropriate by the Organiser, Venue or security personnel.
The prohibited-items list may be updated for safety, security or licensing reasons. Ticket Holders should review the latest Event information before travelling.
## 12. Bags and confiscated items
12.1 Only bags no larger than A4 size (approximately 21 cm × 29.7 cm) are permitted. All bags remain subject to search and security approval. Oversized bags may be refused entry.
12.2 The Event may not provide storage facilities. A refused item or bag remains the Ticket Holder's responsibility.
12.3 Prohibited items may be refused, surrendered to security or dealt with in accordance with Venue policy and applicable law. Illegal items may be reported and handed to the relevant authorities.
12.4 The Organiser is not responsible for loss of or damage to a prohibited or surrendered item except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 13. Food, drink and allergens
13.1 Outside food and drink may not be brought into the Event unless expressly permitted. Reasonable exceptions may be made for documented medical needs, allergies, infant care or other access requirements. Please contact the Organiser in advance using the contact details above.
13.2 Empty reusable bottles may be permitted subject to the published Event and Venue rules. Glass containers are prohibited.
13.3 Food and beverages at Pizza Fest Dubai may be prepared and sold by independent vendors. Recipes, ingredients and preparation methods may vary.
13.4 The Event is not guaranteed to be free from allergens or cross-contamination. If you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, you must ask the relevant vendor directly about ingredients and preparation before ordering or consuming any item. The availability of a particular dietary option is not guaranteed.
13.5 Ticket Holders remain responsible for making food and drink choices appropriate to their individual requirements. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 14. Alcohol, smoking and illegal substances
14.1 The sale, service and consumption of alcohol, if available, are subject to the Venue's licence conditions and applicable UAE and Dubai laws. Alcohol may be consumed only in authorised areas and may not be supplied to any person who is underage or otherwise not legally entitled to purchase or consume it.
14.2 Original government-issued photographic identification may be required for alcohol service. Service may be refused at the sole discretion of appropriately authorised Venue or catering staff, subject to applicable law.
14.3 Illegal drugs and unauthorised substances are strictly prohibited. Suspected offences may be reported to the relevant authorities.
14.4 Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas, if any, and are prohibited wherever required by law or Venue rules.
## 15. Behaviour and safety
15.1 Ticket Holders must behave responsibly and with respect for other attendees, staff, vendors, performers and local residents.
15.2 Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, disruptive or dangerous conduct will not be tolerated.
15.3 Standing or dancing on tables, chairs, barriers or other structures is prohibited unless expressly authorised.
15.4 The Organiser may introduce or amend reasonable safety and operational measures before or during the Event. Ticket Holders must comply with all signs and instructions.
15.5 Prolonged exposure to amplified sound may cause hearing damage. Strobe lighting, theatrical smoke and other effects may be used. Attendees who may be affected should take appropriate precautions and contact the Organiser in advance if they require further information.
## 16. Re-entry and last entry
16.1 Re-entry is permitted during the Event. Ticket Holders must retain and present their valid Ticket, wristband or other credential and may be required to undergo security screening each time they re-enter. Re-entry may be temporarily restricted where reasonably necessary for safety, security, capacity or crowd management.
16.2 Any last-entry time will be stated on the Ticket, official Event website or pre-event information. Late admission is not guaranteed and does not entitle the Ticket Holder to a refund.
## 17. Wristbands and credentials
17.1 Wristbands, passes and other credentials must be worn or displayed as instructed and must not be transferred, altered, removed or shared.
17.2 Damaged or removed credentials may become invalid. Access is limited to the areas authorised by the applicable Ticket or accreditation.
## 18. Accessibility, medical support and welfare
18.1 The Organiser aims to make reasonable arrangements for attendees with accessibility, medical or dietary requirements. Requests should be submitted sufficiently in advance using the contact details above.
18.2 Medical or welfare assistance may be available at the Event. In an emergency, notify the nearest member of staff immediately and follow all instructions.
18.3 Assistance animals are permitted where required by applicable law and subject to reasonable advance coordination with the Venue.
## 19. Photography, filming and recording
19.1 Photography, filming and audio recording may take place at the Event for security, operational, news, archival, marketing and promotional purposes.
19.2 By entering the Event, you acknowledge that you may be incidentally photographed, filmed or recorded as part of the audience or Event environment. The Organiser may use such material in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Notice.
19.3 Parents and guardians should be aware that minors in their care may be incidentally included in crowd footage or photographs.
19.4 Professional cameras, video equipment, audio-recording equipment, drones, tripods and other commercial recording equipment are prohibited without prior written approval. Personal photography is permitted only where it does not interfere with the Event, breach another person's rights or contravene Venue rules.
## 20. Trading, promotions and intellectual property
20.1 No unauthorised trading, sampling, leafleting, fundraising, promotion, sponsorship activation or sale of goods or services is permitted at the Event.
20.2 The Pizza Fest Dubai name, logo, artwork and Event content may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
## 21. Personal property
21.1 Personal belongings are brought to the Event at the Ticket Holder's own risk. Ticket Holders are responsible for keeping their possessions secure.
21.2 Lost property will be handled in accordance with the Venue's published procedure. The Organiser and Venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 22. Liability
22.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, or any consumer right or remedy, to the extent that it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
22.2 Subject to clause 22.1 and to the extent permitted by law, the Organiser will not be liable for:
- loss or damage caused by the Ticket Holder's own act, omission or breach of these Terms;
- loss or damage caused by an independent third party outside the Organiser's reasonable control;
- loss of or damage to personal property;
- indirect or consequential loss; or
- travel, accommodation or other personal expenses connected with attending the Event.
22.3 Where the Organiser is legally responsible for a direct loss connected with a Ticket, its liability will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law. No provision of these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
## 23. Weather and outdoor conditions
Where any part of the Event is outdoors, Ticket Holders should check the weather forecast and wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Ground, temperature and weather conditions may change. Umbrellas and other weather equipment remain subject to the Event's safety and prohibited-item rules.
## 24. Privacy and personal data
Personal data collected in connection with Ticket purchases, Event operations, enquiries, access requirements and marketing will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the Organiser's Privacy Notice.
Marketing communications will be sent only where there is an appropriate lawful basis. You can unsubscribe using the link in the communication or by contacting the Organiser.
## 25. Complaints and enquiries
Questions or complaints should be sent to info@pizzafest.ae with the purchaser's name, order number and relevant details. The Organiser will aim to respond within 3-5 business days.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from using any complaint or dispute-resolution right available under applicable law.
## 26. Changes to these Terms
The Organiser may update these Terms where reasonably necessary for legal, licensing, safety, security or operational reasons. The current version will be published on the official Event website. Material changes affecting existing Ticket Holders will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
## 27. General provisions
27.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
27.2 A failure or delay by the Organiser to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that or another provision later.
27.3 These Terms, the Ticket details, the Official Ticketing Provider's applicable terms and the Venue rules form the agreement governing purchase and attendance. If there is a conflict, mandatory law prevails, followed by any event-specific term expressly stated at the point of sale.
27.4 No person other than the Organiser, an authorised co-promoter, the Venue and the Ticket Holder has any right to enforce these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
## 28. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction that applies, the courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms, the Ticket or the Event.
