Pizza Fest Dubai is organised by Be More Events Co. L.L.C, trade licence number 1174998 (**Be More Events**, we, us or our).

For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Be More Events is responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy except where another organisation, such as Platinumlist or an Event vendor, acts as an independent data controller for its own services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal data when you visit our website, sign up for updates, contact us, purchase or use a Ticket, enter a promotion, work with us, or attend Pizza Fest Dubai.

Tickets for Pizza Fest Dubai may be sold by Platinumlist. Platinumlist processes Ticket purchases and payments under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive from Platinumlist information reasonably required to organise and operate the Event, manage admission, provide customer support, prevent fraud, process permitted refunds and communicate essential Event information.

Payment-card details are generally processed by Platinumlist or its authorised payment providers. We do not intend to receive or store complete payment-card details unless expressly stated at the point of collection.

### 3.3 Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we and our authorised service providers may automatically collect:

- IP address;

- browser type and version;

- device type, operating system and device identifiers;

- approximate location derived from IP address;

- time zone and language settings;

Photography, video and audio recording may take place at Pizza Fest Dubai for security, operational, news, archival, marketing and promotional purposes. CCTV or other security systems may also operate at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre under the responsibility of the relevant operator or authority.

Before publication, Be More Events should approve a documented retention schedule covering at least marketing records, customer enquiries, Ticketing records, incident reports, CCTV or security records, vendor records and financial documentation.
